Annual Literacy Review 2016/17
The Annual Literacy Review is a key tool for Network members. It has been designed to help you to evaluate whole-school ethos, philosophy and quality of provision across the three integral elements of literacy: reading, writing and spoken language.
Fully aligned to the national curriculum for England, each section is comprised of a review poster and a detailed advice document. The posters give a focus for review, analysis and discussion to encourage reflection and support the development of whole-school policy and action planning. The accompanying advice documents signpost appropriate support and resources from the Network and beyond and have space for your comments and actions.
There are primary and secondary versions available but you will need to be a Network member to access them. Join the Network.
