Some
children have not been able to have the best experiences
in their first months of life, and may need help learning
to trust adults and develop good relationships with them.
These children may also need extra support to become effective
communicators. This resource is for parents or caregivers
of children under three who want to develop or enhance a
bond with their child, as well as support their child's
social and communication skills.
