• "A Sure Start for Every Child" is a leaflet providing advice on childcare options and directing parents to their local Children's Information Service, via the ChildcareLink telephone number. The leaflet, which will be available in 14 languages, Braille and audio format, also informs parents about the early education offer for all three and four year olds.
