Resource - Reading passport

Reading passportEdit the text box with the pupil's name and print out the passport (onto card if possible). Fold the passport according to the simple fold instructions and open the passport again, complete with fold lines. Trim the border of the passport and refold according to the fold lines already created. Hand the passports out to pupils. Every time a pupil reads a book, award them with a stamp or sticker. When pupils have read 10 books, they have completed their reading challenge.
