WWE® Voice it! competition: Entry form
This form must be posted first class, faxed or emailed as an attachment to the National Literacy Trust two working days before the videos are posted online. Failure to send this form will result in the pupil(s) being disqualified from the competition.
The deadline for submitting this form is Friday 17 June.
