Practitioner training - working with parents
To support practitioners to encourage and develop parental involvement in children's early learning Parents, Early Years and Learning (PEAL) has produced highly recommended training and resource materials, based on the key elements of the PEAL model; authentic relationships, communication and partnership. The Parents, Early Years and Learning Reader, which accompanies this training, includes clear guidance to reinforce the training and help establish practitioner confidence in working in partnership with parents.
