Supporting ESOL

The talent website was launched in 2000 to support an East London project known as 'talent East'. This project aimed to increase the supply of adult literacy, ESOL and numeracy teachers and teacher trainers in the region.

The talent website is currently managed by the London Strategic Unit for the Learning & Skills Workforce based within the National Research and Development Centre for Adult Literacy and Numeracy (NRDC) at the the Institute of Education (IoE) in London.

The Talent website has a moderated database of resources and activities designed to help teachers develop and share ideas for good practice. You must be registered to download or contribute resources.
