PLRS Prison Project Report

Stemming from discussions at a PLRS quarterly steering group meeting, an additional £5,000 per year was allocated from the Premier League for Central Project Development. It was decided to utilise this money by extending the reach of the project into HM Prisons and Young Offenders Institutes. This report summarises activity and outcomes in terms of prisoners' attitudes to reading.
