Photography

We may use group photographs with very general captions such as, "Year 6 class choosing their NYRP books".

We will only use pictures of children who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.

If we name a child in the text, for example, as the author of a competition-winning entry on our Website, we will not use a photograph of that child to accompany the text.

We request personal data (for example, age and postal address) from children only for the purposes of judging competition entries and sending out prizes. This information is then destroyed.

We seek permission from parents/guardians, either directly or via project partners, to use photographs of their children for the website and other promotional purposes and subject to the above guidelines.
