Practical idea - Transition: Parent power

Parents are more likely to be interested in the school when their child is just moving up to secondary school. Use this interest to enrol parents on 'Keeping up with the kids' literacy classes, computer literacy classes or encourage them to volunteer to get involved in the life of the school.
