Practical idea - Staff involvement: Staff reading group

Set up a staff reading group, encouraging staff members to nominate the books they would like the group to read. You could also set up a staff reading swap box in the staffroom (or a book swap shelf) and encourage staff to donate an unwanted book to get the box going.
