Practical idea - Transition

22 Feb 2010

When a child moves on to a new setting share information about his or her language and literacy skills. You may want to use a children's record to help with this process.

Family story books are a great transition resource to support families moving on to future settings. It's really goo dif these can be updated so the child's most recent interests and favourite activities are included.
