Jean Gross on Early Years Foundation Stage review board

13 Sep 2010

Communication Champion Jean Gross has been asked to sit on the board of the Early Years Foundation Stage review. The review is being led by Dame Clare Tickell, Chief Executive of Action for Children, and, among other aspects, will look at how children between birth and age five have their communication skills assessed. Also to be reviewed are government plans for earlier and more systematic identification of special education needs.

Jean Gross has said she is delighted to be on the board as she will be able to “take the excellent practice I have seen locally into the national review.”
