WWE Superstars touch down in Solihull!

19 Nov 2009

With just days left before the WWE WrestleMania Reading Challenge closing date, Superstar wrestlers MVP and Gail Kim visited Alcott Hall Primary School in Solihull to speak to pupils about the importance of reading. The school was selected for the visit as a reward for the number of entries that it had submitted to the competition in previous years.

The WrestleMania Reading Challenge, now in its third year, requires primary and secondary school children to read five pieces of reading material and then submit a 100-word piece of writing, persuading a WWE Superstar to read their favourite book, comic or magazine.

Entries have now been sent to the WWE Superstars who will choose their two favourite entries from primary school pupils and their two favourite entries from secondary school students. The four winners will be rewarded with the trip of a lifetime to see the WWE Superstars in action at WrestleMania XXVI in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2010.
