KPMG raises £120,000 for literacy and homelessness

17 Jan 2013

KPMG staff and partners have raised over £120,000 for the firm’s national charity partners through a ‘First Hour’ appeal.

The record amount was raised through over 1,600 staff and partners donating their first hour’s salary of 2013 to Shelter and Action for Literacy which is a new partnership between Dyslexia Action and National Literacy Trust whose work has strong synergies with KPMG’s existing educational programmes.

More information about KPMG’s work with the charities can be found at www.kpmg.com/uk/nationalcharities
