Give the Gift of Reading, with a gorgeous festive card

14 Nov 2011

One person in six in the UK struggles with their literacy and one child in three does not own a book. This Christmas, you can help to change this by giving the Gift of Reading or supporting the National Literacy Trust's work by holding a festive fundraising event.

Give the Gift of Reading to a friend or relative and choose from one of three exciting cards - a specially-designed Gruffalo Christmas scene, a Charlie and Lola picture or a unique festive Ros Asquith cartoon. Find out more.

Our seasonal fundraising ideas include activities for Christmas parties such as our literature-themed pub quiz and speed book club, and events such as the Santa Dash. Find out how to get involved.
