New book: Early Childhood Matters
28 Jul 2010
The Effective Pre-school and Primary Education (EPPE) research is Europe’s largest longitudinal investigation into the effects of pre-school education and care. The developmental trajectories of 3,000 children have been carefully investigated, alongside their home environments and their early years experiences. This research study has influenced both policy and practice as it has developed, with the studies continuing to follow the children to the end of primary school. This book brings together in one volume the evidence from technical reports and research reports first published between 1999 and 2008.
Edited by Kathy Sylva et al (2010) Routledge.
