NCMA film markets the minding choice

11 Feb 2010

The leaflet includes top tips and a list of useful questions that parents should ask when visiting a prospective childminding setting.

Catherine Ferrell, NCMA joint chief executive, said, “We are very excited about the new film and leaflet, which we hope will help parents to choose a home-based childcarer. Recent research has shown that many families do not know what a registered childminder can offer and would welcome more information on the benefits of home-based childcare.

“The DVD and accompanying material is available to download, making it easily accessible to thousands of families. We hope that parents will use it to support them in making childcare choices.”

To download the DVD and leaflet visit the NCMA website.
