Teachers Evaluating Educational Multimedia (TEEM) 
runs a free website providing information on educational multimedia, written by and for teachers who follow the national curriculum in England and Wales. It offers evaluation rather than reviews, giving qualitative information about all aspects of each program, from whether it installs easily to its curriculum relevance. Each evaluation is written against a detailed framework which means that different pieces of software may be compared directly according to the same criteria.

It is full of useful links to educational organisations and provides a discussion forum for teachers to share ideas and examples of projects already being succesfully developed in schools. EduWeb also provides NetPals for schoolchildren.
