Raising sponsorship

Set yourself an achievable target - we recommend £100 for a fun run

Set up a Justgiving page at www.justgiving.com. Justgiving is a safe and secure way to raise money online, and means that the money comes directly to us. You can also design your own pages and link to Facebook so all your friends know about the challenge you're taking on.

Alternatively, download our sponsorship form and collect donations manually. Remind sponsors to sign the Gift Aid column on the sponsorship form which
will enable us to make the most out of the money you raise. Once you've taken part in the run, collect the cash and send us a cheque, along with your sponsorship form.

People are generous if you are passionate about your cause, so make sure you're clear about why you are supporting the National Literacy Trust. Read more about who we help.

You could always complement your fundraising with other activities. Here are some ideas from us.
