Your local library can provide you with good early years books (often loaned to the setting, so that you can have more than you would usually take out on an individual's ticket) as well as competitions and events.
If it's not possible for you and your children to visit the library itself there may be a mobile library stopping nearby. Alternatively a children's librarian might be able to visit your setting - a great chance for children to hear somebody else read and learn about some new books.
