Through our Cultural Writers programme, we are working with a range of cultural and heritage organisations to provide students with engaging experiences which will inspire their writing.

Our research shows that children who enjoy writing are significantly more likely to write at a higher than expected level. In 2016/17 we are working with our partners to demonstrate the impact a creative cultural experience can have on writing attainment.

Young City Poets

Our current project provides pupils with the opportunity to benefit from the City of London's rich cultural offer while developing their knowledge of and confidence in writing poetry.

Success stories

We have worked with a broad range of cultural and heritage venues to improve pupils' writing. Here we have collated a number of our recent successes.
