The National Literacy Trust Hub in Bradford was our second Hub and launched in June 2014, funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. Branded as the Bradford Literacy Campaign, we have identified local literacy-related issues and are working with a range of partners to address them.

The top three priorities are:

  • Ensuring children are ready to start school by engaging dads in their children’s learning
  • Improving boys’ writing at Key Stage 2 and 3
  • Boosting the literacy levels of Roma and Slovak children

Read about the Hub’s highlights to date.
