The Football Reading Game
Tom runs a series of quiz rounds about reading football books, magazines, newspapers and websites to encourage a passion for reading. The children accumulate points during the session which are translated into penalties and a penalty shoot out finale with Tom in goal.

Writing Football

A published football writer, Tom runs a session to encourage children to write about the beautiful game - either as players and fans - and to write freely in the way they would talk, so to overcome inhibitions reluctant writers may have.

Meet the Football Writer

Tom talks about what it's like being a football writer with tips on how to get into it and where to start.

Football Reading Group

Tom leads a session on football reading, focussing on a fiction or non-fiction book and encouraging children to talk about how they feel about the book.

Tom recently visited Fulham Library, to see the report of the event, click here.
