We are pleased to be able to gather
together some of the key practitioners of the literacy
world to provide quality training and consultancy for
a variety of audiences. The emphasis is on bringing together
the best of good practice from a range of approaches.
Our training and consultancy is built on the following

The 2005 conferences took place in Birmingham, London and
York in June and July 2005, on the theme of 'Making literacy
across the curriculum deliver'. They were led by NLT deputy
director Julia Strong and Graham Tyrer, deputy headteacher
of Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College. Graham Tyrer's
